Welcome To Neurocognitiva

Building the most inclusive Alzheimer’s and Autism research and care network — powered by data, driven by justice.

Empowering Minds, Transforming Lives-Neuro Cognitiva

NeuroCognitiva Foundation is a pioneering 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on advancing brain health equity for Latinos, immigrants, and justice-impacted individuals living with Autism, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), PTSD, and related neurocognitive disorders.

We integrate cutting-edge research, AI, holistic therapies, and justice reform to close the cultural and systemic gaps in care, diagnosis, and healing.

Whether you're a caregiver, therapist, neurologist, researcher, or policymaker, this is your home to contribute, connect, and change lives.

Join A Movement That Matters  Because Diversity In Data Means Breakthroughs In Care.

Most neuroscience research and caregiving systems exclude entire communities. NeuroCognitiva was created to change that — by building the world’s most inclusive Alzheimer’s and Autism data hub, workforce platform, and family support system.

We believe justice begins with representation.

How We Rank: NeuroCognitiva's Strategic Impact Scorecard

At NeuroCognitiva Foundation, we believe that transparency, innovation, and strategic design are essential to trust — and to scaling change.

In 2025, our full model was independently assessed across five key dimensions of nonprofit excellence. Below is a breakdown of how we ranked and why we’re considered one of the most forward-thinking brain health organizations in the world.

Overall Strategic Ranking (2025 Evaluation)

Category Score (1–5) What It Means

1. Mission Clarity & Urgency ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tackles deeply underserved issues: cognitive disability, incarceration, reentry trauma, and immigrant access. Built on cultural fluency and equity.

2. Innovation & Differentiation ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We uniquely integrate neuroscience, AI, psychedelic access, and digital diagnostics with justice reform and holistic health. No other nonprofit connects these dots at scale.

3. Funding Potential & Readiness ⭐⭐⭐⭐✰ Strong appeal across government, private, and innovation sectors. Funding model blends grants + earned revenue. Needs early traction for major rounds.

4. Operational Feasibility ⭐⭐⭐⭐✰ Launch-ready. We’ve mapped lean pilots, strategic hiring, and high-leverage partners for sustainable execution.

5. Scalable Ecosystem Positioning ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Positioned to become a national and global leader in neurocognitive equity. Our model resonates with funders, universities, trial sites, and community health networks.

Why This Matters?

When donors, universities, government agencies, and tech innovators evaluate where to invest in impactful neuroscience and social equity, they look for:

✅ A clear, urgent mission

✅ Cross-sector innovation

✅ Early-stage traction

✅ Scalable models that can transform systems

NeuroCognitiva Foundation meets all of these benchmarks — and redefines what’s possible.
